Your information

A clear approach
to privacy.

We use the information you share to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.

When you send an enquiry

When online sending is available, the form submits your name, email address, company if supplied, selected service and project message to our website server. Our hosting and configured email providers process these details to send the enquiry to info@taskflow.co.ke. Taskflow receives the information to respond and discuss potential work. Please do not include passwords, payment information or confidential documents.

Delivery and email alternatives

If the form says Open email app, it prepares your details for your own email app without submitting them to our website server. Opening or copying the draft does not send it. When online sending is available, a successful form response confirms that our email service accepted the enquiry for delivery; it does not guarantee final inbox delivery. If sending is unavailable, your details remain on the page so you can edit them or prepare an email draft. Choosing the email-app option does not itself send the draft. Your email provider handles delivery when you send it.

Spam protection and request information

The website checks submissions for invalid or automated activity. It uses short-lived request fingerprints and submission references to limit repeated requests and recognise retries. It does not store enquiry messages in a website database. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, user-agent details and other technical request information to deliver and secure the website.

Drafts and analytics

Form details remain in the current page state while you edit and are not saved to browser storage by this website. Reloading or leaving the page can clear them. This website does not include marketing analytics or advertising trackers. For hosting-provider information, see Vercel’s privacy policy.

Questions and requests

Contact info@taskflow.co.ke to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have sent us. We use enquiry correspondence for responding and managing the related business conversation.
